 individuals and businesses can implement to sustainably reduce waste.\n\nR

 Specialist for Hamilton County ReSource\, Elise Erhart leads education eff
 orts focused on reducing food waste\, recycling\, composting and stewardin
 g the environment. She is a graduate of University of Dayton with a degree
  in Environmental Biology. Prior to her current county post\, she lead pro
 gramming for Big Brothers Big Sisters and sustainability education at the 
 Cincinnati Zoo &amp\; Botanical Garden.
